I want to configure my email in:

Step 1: Access Roundcube Webmail:

  • Log in to your cPanel account and navigate to the email section.
  • Open Roundcube Webmail by selecting it from the available email clients.

Step 2: Understanding Basic Search:

  • On the main interface, locate the search bar at the top of the screen.

  • Filters allow you to automatically sort and manage incoming emails based on predefined criteria.
  • To create a filter, click on "Settings" in the top-right corner and select "Filters" from the dropdown menu.
  • Click on "New filter" and specify the conditions for the filter, such as sender, recipient, subject, and actions to be taken.
  • Save the filter, and Roundcube Webmail will apply it to incoming emails that meet the specified criteria.

Step 6: Managing and Editing Filters:

  • From the Filters section in Settings, you can view, edit, or delete existing filters.
  • Click on a filter to edit its conditions or actions, and save your changes.
  • You can also disable filters temporarily without deleting them by unchecking the box next to the filter name.

Step 7: Organizing Search Results:

  • Once you've found the desired emails using search or filters, you can organize them further.
  • Select multiple emails by holding down the Shift or Ctrl key and clicking on each email.
  • Use the toolbar options to perform actions such as moving, deleting, marking as read, or flagging selected emails.

  • Roundcube Webmail allows you to save frequently used search queries for quick access.
  • After performing a search, click on the "Save search" icon next to the search bar.
  • Enter a name for the saved search and click "Save" to add it to your saved searches list.

  • Access your search history to revisit previous search queries.
  • Click on the dropdown arrow next to the search bar to view recent searches and select a query to repeat the search.
